RETURNS

Hats and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Request a return in your customer account or email ciao@shopvacaymode.com for instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for any photography in the print shop as it is made-to-order. 

If you were shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please email me immediately upon receipt of shipment at ciao@shopvacaymode.com.

We do not offer price adjustments on items that have been marked down after purchase.
